In the Transfers tab:
- Uploaded — document submitted, awaiting processing
- Processing — document is being processed
- Finished — successfully saved in the system
- Error — an error occurred during processing
In the Documents tab:
- Pending Approval — awaiting user approval
- Approved — approved and forwarded for posting
- Rejected — rejected by the user
- Exported — successfully exported to the accounting system
