This form is designed to specify the Key-User and authorize them to receive email and phone communications in all Extranet areas.
The Key-User activation process in the getsix® Customer Extranet begins with our Customer Desk team filling out the form with the client's personal details and the Key-User.
Once the form is prepared, it is sent to the Key-User for signature. Reviewing and accepting the Terms of Use for getsix® Customer Extranet is a mandatory step to proceed.
Next, the form is sent to the client's authorized representative, who approves the designated person as the Key-User.
In the final stage, the Extranet Administrator receives the form for final approval. After confirming that access to all Extranet areas has been successfully activated, the Extranet Administrator sends an invitation to the Key-User, enabling them to start using the Extranet.
